Condition’s of service
General services include those listed as such under the general services above. The initial $119.00 includes travel within a 20km radius of the Queanbeyan CBD and the first full hour upon arrival. This in-turn includes suiting up, and lighting a smoker. Subsequent time is billed in 1 hour blocks at a rate of $88.00 as specified in the on-boarding agreement.
Additional equipment and or treatments for pests such as Small Hive Beetle or Varroa will incur additional costs to cover these. All additional equipment including replacement frames and treatments will be discussed with the client beforehand.
As responsible beekeepers we are obligated under the bio-security Act to report any reportable honeybee related pests and diseases we may encounter during a visit. This involves us disclosing your contact details to the relevant State or Territory department. Whilst this can be distressing for some, we will go above and beyond to ensure the best outcome for you and your bees.
